The service

Remember Everyday is a personal web application that lets you record, preserve, and share memories of loved ones. The service is offered from the Netherlands.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Use a strong password and preferably enable two-factor authentication. You may not share your account with others.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for:

• Illegal activities or storing illegal content
• Disrupting the service or the experience of other users
• Automated access (scraping, bots) without permission

Your content

All memories, photos, letters, and other content you create remain your property. We claim no rights to your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Intellectual property

The application, design, and source code of Remember Everyday are protected by copyright. Copying, reverse engineering, or distributing the application without permission is not allowed.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time via Settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior warning where possible.

Liability

The service is provided 'as is'. While we do our best to ensure the availability and security of your data, we are not liable for data loss due to technical failures or force majeure. We recommend regularly exporting your memories.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will inform you via email or a notification in the application.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
